UFC featherweight top contender Max Holloway has a chance to walk away with his 10th-straight UFC win and the interim featherweight title on Saturday when he faces off against former lightweight champion Anthony Pettis in the main event of UFC 206.
Pettis is coming off an impressive win against Charles Oliveira in his featherweight debut but missed weight on Friday, disqualifying him from a chance at the interim title. Pettis is still focused on taking care of business on Saturday, however, and Holloway said he’d take his opponent at “any weight.”
In the co-main event, streaking lightweight-turned-welterweight Donald Cerrone takes on 14th-ranked Matt Brown in what could end up being the fight of the night. Veterans Cub Swanson, Tim Kennedy also grace the main card while rising prospects Nikita Krylov and Olivier Aubin-Mercier highlight the prelims.
The action gets underway at 6:30PM/3:30PM ETPT on UFC Fight Pass before moving over to FS1 at 8PM/5PM for more prelim bouts. The main card kicks off at 10PM/7PM on Pay-Per-View, but stick with us here for blow-by-blow coverage of the event.
